1. Nature of Services

Zetgen Consultancy is a private corporate consulting firm based in Kolkata, India. We specialize in assisting businesses with registrations (Company, GST, FSSAI, MSME, Barcode, etc.), certifications (ISO, Startup India), and taxation compliance (ITR, TDS). We are a private consulting entity and are not affiliated with any government department, Ministry, or registry board.

2. Client Responsibilities

To successfully file registrations and licensing applications, you agree to:

• Provide authentic, accurate, and valid KYC and business documents as requested by our consultants.
• Ensure that your proposed brand names or logos do not infringe on existing trademarks or intellectual property rights.
• Respond promptly to queries raised by government registry departments (e.g. MCA, GSTN, TM Registry) forwarded to you by our desk.

Zetgen Consultancy is not liable for application rejections, penalties, or filing delays resulting from client-submitted document errors or delayed feedback.

3. Consultation Fees and Payments

Our consulting quotes are broken down into two distinct parts: (a) Government Fees, stamp duties, and statutory processing charges, and (b) Zetgen Consultancy service charges. All service fees must be paid in accordance with the payment milestones agreed upon in the service quotation. Government fees must be paid in full prior to filing submissions.

4. Refund Policy

Once a registration or licensing application is successfully drafted and submitted to the government portal (e.g. MCA name reservation, GST portal submission, TM application filing), the service and government fees become non-refundable. If an application cannot be filed due to a mistake on our part, we will issue a full refund of our service charges or re-file the application at no additional cost.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and speed of your filings, government processing timelines, registry approvals, and name reservations are subject to the discretion of official regulatory officers. Zetgen Consultancy is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential losses, or delayed business opportunities arising from name rejections or processing backlogs at government offices.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, style scripts, and animations, is the property of Zetgen Consultancy and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any portion of this website without written consent.

7. Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising from our website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in **Kolkata, West Bengal**.
